Former Da Bad Member Chopper Jailed

Published reports say, former Da Band member, Young City a.k.a. Chopper has been jailed at Baltimore County Detention Center on $75,000 bond. The rapper, born Kevin Lamont Barnes, Jr., is facing two robbery with a dangerous weapon charges, two robbery in a general sense charges, two second degree assault charges and one theft charge, the chargers stem from 2001 incident, reports Allhiphop.com.

Prosecutors recommended Barnes' bail be set at $250,000 dollars, although the judge lowered bail to $75,000. Barnes awaits in BCDC until bail is posted, no trial date is set.
