The Lox and Diddy at it again...

So The Lox and Diddy go at it again, this time on New York City radio Station, Hot 97 on the Angie Martinez Show, GNEXTINC.com Writes:

The airwaves of NYC on the Angie Martinez Show on Hot 97, became yet another battle ground in war of words on the long standing feud between rap group, The Lox and former record label Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment Group.
....

"Imagine working for years, hard work, and somebody that has nothing to do with that is getting the bulk of it," Styles P said on Angie Martinez's radio show. "You'd be totally, utterly frustrated. And, you tryin' to get around it for years and you call about it with lawyers, but people are too powerful."

Jadakiss went on to say, "it's worth dying over, it's worth killing over." Also stating he took responsibility for signing away on the deal ten years ago, but says it's time to re-negotiate and Diddy refuses. "He's so much of a gangsta with the paper work that he'll tell you one thing, then tell his lawyer or somebody that represents him something else."

Diddy was quick to respond, from his New York offices. Combs called into the Martinez Show, to rebut the accusations.

"The last time ya'll did the whole campaign 'Let The Lox Go,' Y'all don't want to be down with us so we let y'all go and we kept it movin'. But to get on there and portray like somebody gotta go and steal and rob and be shiest to y'all, that ain't really correct.", said Diddy.(More)

So business is business, some people learn the hard way. The Lox learned, when you sign an agreement, you are binded to it... Every upcoming artist should know or take note now.

Diddy's New Ride...

New York Post reports... The Bad Boy head Sean "Diddy" Combs bought a cargo van, turned it into a pimped out work space. The Chevrolet Express MSRP is 27k, but Combs spent a reported $350,000k turning the Cargo van into a comfortable mobile work area.

Post Reports - Rap impresario Sean "Diddy" Combs laid down a cool $350,000 to retrofit his Chevy Express 3500 -- a model more commonly used to haul plumbing gear than to transport multi-named moguls.

But Diddy wanted the van to serve as his mobile office, so he had it rebuilt from the ground up, said Matt Figliola, owner of custom shop AI Designs in Tuckahoe, Westchester.

The concept vehicle channels the oft-quoted Diddyism for high living: "Don't disturb the sexy."

So, to suit his champagne tastes, the folks at AI spared no expense.

In addition to the six plasma televisions, the lavish van features an audiophile-class sound system, a $2,000 wine cellar by Marvel with monogrammed door, hand-built hardwood floors and top-notch Edelman leather seats.

"He's got all the amenities he could want," Figliola said. "A full wet bar, a wonderful refrigerator by Marvel. The paneling, the seating, the upholstery is all custom."

Add a souped-up drive train, expanded cab, stop-on-a-dime brakes and chic rims, and you've got a rolling work of art fit for a king -- or His Diddyness.

"That particular van sets a new bar for us -- and everybody else, frankly," Figliola said.

Diddy himself appears on the first single from the LP, Nasty Girl.

Combs raising money for charity, Biggies Mom lashes out in book on Puffy and Lil Kim

Rapper turned fashion mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs has issued new apparel from his label Sean John for Breast Cancer Care. This time Diddy has produced a hot pink slip for charity, and helping him launch it was one of his favorite actresses, Liz Hurley. "I've always had a thing for Liz," he has admitted. "She oozes class and style." The pair certainly seemed at ease together when the one-off creation was revealed at New York Fashion Week to raise money for breast cancer care. The slip, which will be available in US store Bloomingdale's, is just an appetizer for Diddy's long-awaited foray into female fashion as his women's wear collection 'Sean' is set to hit shops in the not too distant future

Biggies Mom lashes out at Lil Kim and Diddy

New York Daily News's Lloyd Grove reports: The mother of murdered hip-hop star Notorious B.I.G. - gunned down in 1997, presumably by rival rappers - savages Sean (Diddy) Combs and Lil' Kim in a soon-to-be-published memoir.

In "Biggie: Voletta Wallace Remembers Her Son," due out Oct. 25 from Simon & Schuster's Atria books, Wallace alleges that Combs - who signed Biggie to his Bad Boy record label in the 1990s - and Kim, Biggie's sometime lover, both used him to further their own careers.

"I'm glad my son does not have to witness that the very people that he thought he could ride and die with wouldn't think twice about using his mother," Wallace writes about her late son Christopher, Combs and Kimberly Jones. "I am glad that he's not here to see how they have used his image and his name."

She adds: "I believe Sean loved my son - after he was dead. I used to tell Christopher all the time not to trust Sean."

Ever since Biggie's death, Combs has regularly invoked his memory, as he did weeks ago when he performed an elaborate tribute at the MTV Video Music Awards in Miami.

Combs to Donate $1 mil. to RedCross Relief Fund

From USA Today: Sean "Diddy" Combs and Jay-Z have pledged $1 million to the American Red Cross to help victims of Hurricane Katrina.

The two rappers announced their joint donation Thursday, saying they hoped to inspire others, especially blacks, to give. "This is our community," Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter told The Associated Press by phone. "When I turn on CNN, I see a lot of black people on the streets. I know it's other people too, but those projects have been hit hard."

Combs agrees. "We are all descendants from each other's families. When you hear black people say 'brothers' and 'sisters,' it's really true. These are all people that I know I'm related to somehow, some way — the human race family.

Former New Orleans Mayor Marc Morial, now president of the Urban League, said Thursday that those left in the city "are people who are African-American mostly but not completely, and people who were of little or limited economic means. They are the folks, we've got to get them out of there."

You can do your part by donating at 1-800-HelpNow, or visitng www.redcross.org or visit your local red cross chapter to make all donations to be known to Hurricane Katrina.

P Diddy Donates to Art for Life, Sponsoring Five Children

Word is that P Diddy forgot his wallet, but wait: Sean Combs turned out to support Russell Simmons' Art for Life fund-raiser at his fellow rap mogul's East Hampton home on July 30. But, some thought maybe P Diddy forgot to his wallet. Star Jones noticed that Combs didn't sponsor a child at first at Russell Simmons’ Art for Life Fundraiser' while celebrity attendees Alicia Keys, Usher, Vivica A. Fox and others readily handed over thousand-dollar checks for the cause. Finally, Combs out-sponsored everyone by sponsoring five children. "Puffy was happy to contribute $5,000 to a great evening. Of course he'll send his check," said his rep. Last year, Diddy gave $30,000 to Simmons' Art for Life, which supports children’s arts education.

P Diddy to Host the MTV VMA's

Combs on upcoming Announcement and MTV's VMA Blowout hosted by the Diddy

The Original Bad Boy himself SEAN 'P DIDDY' COMBS will unveil his new name in time for the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards at the end of August (05). He teases, "There will be an announcement two weeks from now to clarify what's going on with my name." Any speculation, what it might be?

Combs to Host MTV's VMA's

Luxury yachts, tricked-out cars, P. Diddy, and lots and lots of water.

MTV announced Monday that its Video Music Awards will feature all of those elements next month as it seeks once again to reinvent an awards show that routinely lures big stars and makes racy headlines.

Punk rockers Green Day led all musical acts with eight nominations. Missy Elliott followed with six, and Gwen Stefani and U2 each had five.

P. Diddy will host the Aug. 28 awards show, which comes at the height of Miami's steamy summer and peak of hurricane season. The hip-hop mogul - or someone dressed like him (he was too far away to tell for sure) - swooped into Monday's beachfront announcement on a jet pack.

"One word - hot," said P. Diddy, wearing a white suit and a gray shirt with no tie. "It's hot out here, and it's going to be hot at the show."

P. Diddy promised the show would include scene-stealing stunts like in the past. While there was plenty of sex appeal last year, there was little shock value compared to the 2003 show that featured the infamous Madonna-Britney Spears kiss.

"I'm going to tell the artists that if you want to get naked and run across the stage, go ahead and do it," P. Diddy said. "I'm not going to do teleprompter reading and corny jokes."

Besides Green Day, scheduled performers at the AmericanAirlines Arena overlooking picturesque Biscayne Bay include Kanye West and Kelly Clarkson. Also, for the firs time, the VMAs will be scored with original music composed by Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park and hip-hop producer Lil' Jon. West and Clarkson announced some nominees Monday.

Water will be the show's theme, and MTV promised to create the most elaborate water effects ever produced for an awards show. The water show will be engineered in the arena by the same production company that erected the fountain in front of the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.

"It could be a gigantic waterfall in the arena. It could be remote performances from pools around Miami," said Dave Sirulnick, the show's executive producer.

Celebrities once again will pull up to the arena in gleaming yachts.

But they will receive competition from other stars, who will arrive in souped-up cars on the red carpet. As the celebrities arrive, viewers will get tours of those cars from the talent themselves.

"I want to show up in a pimped-out (Ford) Bronco," said Clarkson, a Texas native. "I want big Texas wheels and I want them to jack it up."

Diddy also said he will be offering a $100,000 prize for the best-dressed who tread the red carpet, which could be changed to white this year at the host's request.

P. Diddy will host the Aug. 28 awards show on MTV.

Sean Combs to change name, and new image

Combs looks for new image and new name.

Rapper/singer and Bad Boy CEO Sean "P Diddy" Combs promised "another side" of him in his upcoming album. Diddy declared he's going back to basics for his next works, adopting a personality which isn't "self-centered." The rapper turned mogul of everthing, has enjoyed many alter ego's and personas. Including Puff Daddy, P Diddy, Puffy but the self-proclaimed Bad Boy has turned another page in his life, Combs says, "You'll be seeing another side of me, I'm going back to more of the days when there was true rock and roll stars.

"I will be playing a character, there will be something a little eccentric, a little bit different, something we'll be able to have fun with. Something, I think, that's missing in music right now." Combs, said. Sean "P Diddy" Combs is expected to announce his new name, in the upcoming week possible in a US Weekly interview from what I'm hearing, hitting newsstands this weekend.
