And YouTube users and Diddy assistant hopefuls, submitted over 10,000 applicants. Here's Diddy's update to his job opening.. He's still taking video interviews via YouTube.

I am a 46 year old woman who has been around in the business world.(not music world) I have watched all your reality shows. I watched the making of the band 4 last night and I have been saying to my family that the girls need someone to look out for them and give them personal attention. You were definitely right to say to them that they should appreciate what they have in front of them. You also have to realize that you are talking to young women who have not experienced life the way that we have. I know that there is more to the story then what the public sees, but this is what blogs are for.
